Product Description:
This single-phase charging cable can provide a maximum charging power of 7.4 kW. This charging cable is ideal for all electric cars and plug-in hybrids, especially for charging at public charging stations.
All charging cables have been tested by us and have a CE mark and are TÜV-certified. In general, when starting the charging process, please note that the power source should always be connected to the respective charging cable first and the e-car last.

A: 1)Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%.
2)During the guarantee period, we will send new one with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
